- Stock, price, date code and delivery terms approved
- Formal contract confirmed and payment received
- Consignee, destination and customs information complete
- Packing, inspection and export requirements satisfied
Factors affecting timing
- Cross-warehouse allocation or special date-code and packing needs
- Deep testing, special packing or split delivery
- Export compliance, customs and carrier restrictions
- Holidays, flights, weather and logistics disruption
